Post-mortem
What happened: The instability was caused by a network failure in the cluster that runs the cache services of the LMS platform. This problem affected internal routing between the cluster nodes, resulting in slowness and occasional failures when loading content. It is important to note that the purchase intake and access creation service was not affected by the instability.
Relevant fact: The incident was restricted to Cademí's cache cluster, but it affected the experience of some users. Quickly isolating the problem and remapping the network addresses were decisive to limit the extent of the impact.
Actions taken:
At 8:59 a network remapping process was started to fix the failure. At 9:10 the remapping was completed and the team started monitoring the cluster's behavior. At 10:30 stability was confirmed and the incident was marked as resolved.
Data and information: No relevant project information or data was affected or lost during the instability.
Transactions: All purchases made during the incident were processed normally, with no impact on access creation for new students.
Thank you for your understanding. We keep investing in continuous improvements in resilience and preventive monitoring of our infrastructure.
Our team remains available on all support channels for any questions.
We reaffirm our commitment to the security, transparency and reliability of our services.
Best regards, Cademí Support Team

Monitoring · September 23, 2025 at 9:10 AM
The remapping is complete. We are now monitoring the cluster's stability to make sure the service is back to normal.
Investigating · September 23, 2025 at 8:39 AM
We have confirmed that the instability is related to problems with the network addresses of the cache cluster. We started a network remapping process to fix the failure.
Investigating · September 23, 2025 at 8:09 AM
We are investigating an instability in the LMS platform cache services, which may affect the experience of some users.
The purchase intake and access creation service was not affected by the instability. Our technical team is already analyzing the cause.
